Broadway Show Coupons

I love going to plays and I have loved it every since I was teeny tiny. Well, maybe not teeny tiny, because my mom always complains about how I was the loudest baby ever and would scream my head off if they tried to take me anywhere. But once that wore off I loved to go see performances on stage. Recently though, with a college budget on a students salary, I have been away from the scene for quite some time. That is, until I found these amazing deals online. Now I can go see a Broadway show any time I like for a price that won’t have me eating Top Ramen for three weeks.

Like I said, I have been exposed to the arts since I was a little kid however usually it was not the caliber of Broadway. Typically my parents would take me to see performances at the local theater or the High School, or if I was really good, we could go see one put on at the University. I thought the productions in these places were amazing. The actors were so good, the stages so beautiful, and the singing was extraordinary. Boy was I naive. After my first exposure to a true Broadway production I knew there was no turning back. It was a High School play times one million.

Online Broadway Show Coupons

About five years ago I was lucky enough to see four shows on Broadway, and the only reason that happened was because I had a good paying summer job and only had to pay for two of them. My grandmother footed the bill for the others. Now I am on my own to get myself to Broadway which is why it was so lucky for me to find these coupons, like Addams Family Coupons and Driving Miss Daisy Coupons. Best of all they are free. You just print them off at home and use them whenever you like. I sometimes drag my roommates along, but usually I like to go and sit by strangers to see how they react to some of my favorite moments.

Another reason why I am so glad I found this site is because I cannot find better deals anywhere. Trust me, I scouted them out. I searched every site, made lists, and spreadsheets, because that is what college students do, right? And these are by far the greatest discounts around. I no longer feel guilty about heading out to Broadway for a play. Instead I flash my coupon and nod knowingly when I get my ticket.

The only drawback to having these coupons is now I have to see every show. I mean, I already have a hard enough time making decisions on what production I should go to. Now I can save money on all of them. So it doesn’t matter if I am in the mood for Mamma Mia, or Lion King. I can just print of the coupons now and eventually get to both of the shows. Maybe see one on Friday and the next one on Saturday. That might be going a little overboard, but hey, I don’t think you can ever have too much of a good thing, especially if that good thing is Broadway.

My roommates may get tired of this, but more often than not they end up joining in the festivities. I always try to purchase the soundtrack after I have been to a Broadway musical. And now, with the money I save from the discounts, I have almost every song from Billy Elliot, Fela, and Jersey Boys. The best part about most of this music is if I take it home my parents and siblings recognize the songs and sing along too. I should probably use some of my coupons to take them all to a musical one day. Well, maybe. Someday.
